I just last week got diagnosed with Osteoporosis.....I want to see if I can improve things without drugs....I'm eating really well, working on weight loss....(almost 8 lbs. down and 17 to go), don't smoke or drink.....I walk alot, lug firewood, mow the lawn with a push mower, but thinking this isn't enough....I'm looking for suggestions for exercises to do...Thanks!
